Come and enjoy our beautiful minimal chic bungalow in Enderly Park. There is so much that the city has to offer. It's within 15 minutes from Charlotte Douglas International Airport, the artsy Noda district, Southend, and Uptown. Amenities such as Charlotte sports, breweries, Carowinds, outlet malls, and great dining are just a hop and jump away. The home features 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, with a newly renovated kitchen including stainless steel appliances and of course a Keurig. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Pets: Pets allowed: dogs (limit 2 total)
Smoking: Smoking allowed: in designated areas
There is a $250 fee for smoking in the house.
Do not lock the bottom lock of the front door. The Locksmith fee of $100 will be assessed to open the door.
