Beautiful townhome in the University area that's dog friendly!! Minutes away from Target, restaurants and shopping. Just 15 miles from Charlotte International Airport & Uptown. First floor features an open living room with hardwood floors, a master bedroom as well as a full master bath & walk-in closet. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances & granite countertops. Upstairs includes a bedroom with full bed, a loft that has 2 twin beds and a full bathroom. Free internet and TV available. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Very nice proberty and location, if your in the area you want to stay here.

Our group was in Charlotte for an extended work trip and had an excellent stay here! The home was in a very good location and well stocked/well maintained. The owner was very easy to work with and we had great communication. We will definitely stay here again when we return for future work projects!

Eli was an amazing host. He stayed in communication with me during our weeklong stay. The townhouse is well kept, the neighbors are friendly, and we loved working through the easy to access neighborhoods. We felt safe the whole week.
