At Boho by the Water, we created a place with inspirations from our backgrounds and our lives, and with the intention to create a place where anyone walking into the door will feel the warmth and rejuvenating feeling that the lively colors, natural wood finishes, and every detail of the design were meant to arouse. THIS PROPERTY IS NOT LOCATED ON LAKE NORMAN OR LAKE WYLIE, OR ANY OTHER BIG BODY OF WATER. THERE IS NO SWIMMING OR BOATING. IF WE OFFERED SWIMMING AND BOATING, WE WOULD HAVE CLEARLY ADVERTISED IT. IF WE WERE ON A BIG LAKE, WE WOULD HAVE CLEARLY ADVERTISED IT. IF WITH THE ABOVE NOTICE, YOU STILL BOOK, EXPECTING ANY OF THE ABOVE FEATURES CLEARLY STATED AS NOT AVAILABLE, WE WILL NO LONGER FULLY REFUND YOUR BOOKING, AND REFUND WILL BE BASED ON SET REFUND AND CANCELLATION RULES.
