Check-out instructions: Do not strip the beds, just leave them un made
Check-out instructions: There are hampers in each closet, you can either leave towels there or just on the bathroom floor
Check-out instructions: You do not have to take the trash out but if you want to or it gets full during your stay. The larger can is in the garage.

Excellent
Wonderful stay, place is amazing and so many extras which made it feel like home! Host was very quick remaining with any questions we had! Location was perfect going back and forth to UNCC campus! Everything is so spacious and comfortable! Will definitely stay again!
Excellent
We had such a great experience. Everything was intuitive and easy to find. The house is new and immaculate. The best part was the simple check-out. I didn't lose lots of time cleaning up.
