Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Check-out instructions: Load the dishwasher

Check-out instructions: Gather used towels

Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Check-out instructions: 1) Please place all wet towels in the washer located in the laundry room.

2) Wash any used kitchen utensils and leave them in the dishwasher.

3) Empty fridge and Dispose of your trash in the garbage.

Check-out instructions: 4) Turn off all the lights in the house.

5) Close the garage door securely.

6) Lock the entrance to the garage from inside the house.

7) Lock the front door using the smart lock.

Check-out instructions: 8) Finally, verify that the front door is properly locked before leaving.

Came up to Charlotte for just the night! Home was only 25 minutes from the amp Ballantyne! The beds were super comfortable! Owners provided coffee which was much appreciated for the morning! Check in process was smooth and everything was very clean! Would definitely recommend ! Thank you!

House was very clean and great location . The only thing I would suggest is some toiletries such as shampoo and soap so travelers don’t have to think about packing those things for short trips. Overall a great stay though- thank you! :)

You could use dish towels, small glasses and plates and a salad bowl. Also soap in the shower.The airport is noisy at first then you get used to it.
