Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Load and start the dishwasher
Check-out instructions: Gather used towels
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out instructions: Please put the garbage in bags in the green container which is at the back of the house
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If you break the smoking rule inside the house, there will be a charge of $250.

Excellent
We really enjoyed this property and would use again as well as recommend to others. Near lots of things.
Excellent
We came for a day at Carowinds amusement park. It was easy to get to the park and the neighborhood was nice. There was shopping nearby and it was quiet. The contact for the property was great. We needed to get a package delivered by Amazon to the property the day we were at the park and she helped us check the ring camera to be sure it remain undisturbed while were were gone. The space was nice. The only complaints people had were the beds being too soft. But for our short stay, it was fine. Thanks much for the good stay.
