The cozy outdoor TV/Living area is the perfect place for game night or watching a movie while grilling at the outdoor kitchen. It is located just off the kitchen which makes entertaining your guests that much easier. And the front porch with swing and chairs is the best place to gather, relax and people watch anytime of the day The main bedroom, including an en-suite bathroom, and 3 guest bedrooms are all located upstairs. Each room is adorned in beautiful natural light with windows throughout. The 5th/optional bedroom is a private multi purpose downstairs suite which includes: a day bed, full bathroom, and a separate private home entrance. An outside casita, serving as a 6th bedroom, is attached to the garage and provides additional privacy with a queen bed and separate living area. If you aren’t in the mood for cooking, this house is also a very casual 5 minute walk to the lake where you can enjoy acclaimed waterfront eateries such as Hula Hut, Mozart’s and Quince. Or a 5 minute UBER gets you into downtown Austin with a plethora of great restaurants and bars. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
