The first master suite is conveniently located on the main floor, making it easily accessible for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. The second master suite is upstairs, providing a private retreat with generous space and comfort. Also on the second floor, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, a cozy lounge area, a dedicated office desk, and a small dining space — perfect for working remotely, relaxing, or enjoying a quiet meal. The Neighborhood: 🚫 House Rules – Please Read Before Booking To ensure a peaceful and respectful environment for our community, parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Our neighborhood is home to families with young children and professionals who value quiet evenings and early mornings. Noise and music must be kept to a minimum at all times. Any complaints from neighbors will result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund, per our house rules. If you're planning to host a gathering or play loud music, this may not be the right fit for your stay — and we kindly ask that you do not book. Visitors and extra cars are not allowed. 🚗 Parking Guidelines Garage parking is available for 2 vehicles. The driveway can accommodate up to 3 additional cars. Street parking is not permitted — any vehicles found on the street will need to be moved immediately or will be towed at guests exepnse. These rules are in place to protect the peaceful character of the neighborhood and ensure a positive experience for all.
