About this stay
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located, newly renovated cottage, very close to River Bend Village which has restaurants, shops, and the Corning Optical Communication Glass Building. Very spacious house with a very large kitchen with a sitting island. The property is on almost 2 acres with a very large lot in front and an excellent view of the woods behind the house. Enjoy the outdoors on the front porch, back deck, or side deck. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Good
The house is newly renovated, open, and in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for pets and relaxing stays while having access to Charlotte. Host was very communicative and responsive to any concerns during our stay.

I had a wonderful stay here. The home was remodeled nicely and not sure how they got it to smell so good everyday. Neighborhood is so convenient to everything and it was very clean.

House was awesome! We stayed at 3 VRBO’s in 1 week, following our son’s collage baseball tournament and this was our favorite house! Very clean, comfortable and great location. His was amazing and accommodating, responded right away. Definitely recommend booking this house!

We were in Charlotte for a Club World Cup soccer game and this property was an easy drive into the city.

The living area of the house was very spacious and nicely decorated, just as the pictures indicated. The bedrooms were nice as well. The beds are on the firm side. The kitchen was large and looked great. The area is good and the woods in the back gave a lot of privacy. It was very close to shops and restaurants and the 485 loop to get where you needed to go. Wifi was strong.
