Located just outside of Downtown St. Augustine!! Enjoy a modern cottage as it makes for a lovely living space where morning coffee and afternoon siestas will be a normal occurrence. The outdoor space is fully fenced and offers amazing amenities for grilling out, nighttime bon fires, backyard games, and great relaxation. This cottage is just a short distance to Flagler College, great shopping, amazing culinary/dining experiences, beaches and so much more. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

I stayed at this home while visiting Florida for my cousins wedding and I absolutely loved my time there! The host always answered my questions right away and was always super friendly! The house was beautiful and the area it’s located in is even more beautiful! I definitely would love to come back again!

Host is very responsive!! House is small but very updated with modern features from the bedroom, bath to living area. TV only in living area, could use TVs in bedrooms. Beds were comfy, nice linens/towels in all rooms. Kitchen equipped with basics you may need.Location is in an older area; we had no issues. Neighbors kept to them self. My husband and 2 teenagers enjoyed a nice family weekend together exploring St Augustine for the first time.
