Property is not waterfront, but Westlake Beach (right across the street) is waterfront. We respect our neighbors. Parties and excessive noise are prohibited. Less than one minute walk to Westlake Beach (not affiliated with our Property) - a waterfront business where Guests have the option to pay for access to Lake Austin. Nominal Westlake Beach Guest access fee is not included. Property is conveniently located 6.9 miles west of downtown Austin's famous Congress Avenue Bridge. Plan to log into our smart TVs using your own streaming service credentials to access your subscriptions. Host does not include cable TV access or streaming services. Owner personally speaks live with each guest before any reservation becomes final. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
