The space:
As you set foot through the front door, you'll be awed by the magnificent wide open living space. As you make your way in, the finishes are breathtaking, including brand new 2022 kitchen boasting quartz countertops, soft close cabinetry, tile backsplash encasing the new windows, SS appliances to include a French-door refrigerator, built in dishwasher, and stove with inclusive air-fryer, oversized farmhouse sink, and custom built pantry and new vent hood.
The bedrooms are split and offer privacy and generous space. Updated bathroom with granite top, new commode, original Carrara marble floors, and custom glass barn shower door. Appointed with tasteful custom window treatments, new ceiling fans, endless storage.
Deep single car attached garage houses the laundry, more storage, water softener, and has more than ample space to park a larger vehicle, truck or store your toys, plus has an extended driveway.
There's another deck perfect for entertaining guests, overlooking the enormous fenced back yard, where you'll have countless fires over your stone fire-pit!

Events: No events allowed
Pets: Pets allowed: dogs and cats (limit 2 total)
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Load the dishwasher
Check-out instructions: Gather used towels
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Check-out instructions: Please ensure the door is locked when leaving, and if you used the backup key, it gets returned to the lockbox
Check-out instructions: Please load the dishwasher if you do not clean the dishes before leaving
Check-out instructions: The cleaners will strip the beds, please leave all used towels and couch blankets piled up in the hallway
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties of any sorts allowed. No drugs allowed on property.
No pets allowed in bedrooms. Pets allowed on couch only if blanket is laid over couch.
Tampering with locks, electronics, and appliances is prohibited. Changing the layout of furniture is prohibited.
