One is focused around a TV and the 2nd is in a much larger room surrounded by 5 bay windows * Security Camera's are outside the home so people inside the house can see people at the front door, as well as the front or back yards approaching the house Long Term Capacity - 30 Short Term Capacity - 10 STR permit with City of Austin .
