About this stay

Located on beautiful Anastasia Island, this modern condo is within walking distance to historic St Augustine via the Bridge of Lions and biking distance to St Augustine Beach. There are several good restaurants and unique Pubs on the island within a few blocks. Davis shores is a favorite among visitors due to its centralized location to Downtown, the Amphitheater, lighthouse, Beach, and Conch House Marina... all within 3 miles. This spacious condo is perfect for a weekend getaway or a longer visit with a full kitchen, comfortable family room, and relaxing bedrooms. The kitchen if fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, glasses, service ware, and flatware. The family room is the perfect place to watch a movie, play games, and visit. Clean unit as described with up-to-date electronics and located perfectly for our St. Augustine Alligator Farm visits and our favorite O' Steen's restaurant, as well as the city and the beaches. Have stayed before and will go back. Host was quick to respond to any inquiry.

Condo was clean upon check in, very accommodating and a perfect place for our 2 night stop. Just a short drive across the bridge to explore historic D.T. St. Augustine. We would recommend adding a lamp and a luggage rack in the primary bedroom though.
