About this stay

Casa Coquina offers a uniquely central location for your visit to the nation's oldest city. Located directly across from The Conch House Resort/Salt Run Waterway and walking distance to many restaurants & entertainments, this clean, quiet home offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, large living room, Florida room & outdoor patio with BBQ grill. Brewery lights in the trees over the large outdoor dining area. We are a 2-minute drive to Historic Downtown and 5-minute drive to our beautiful beaches. The huge tree-shaded yard is completely fenced in for child/pet safety and total privacy. The home sleeps 6 but is more comfortable with 4 guests as the third bed is the sleeper sofa in the main living area. We welcome responsible pet owners. Garage and driveway parking available. Everything you need for a relaxing stay is provided. Enjoy! Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Provide bedding for pets and do not allow them on the furniture please! There is a hose at the front and back door for dirty feet/paws. Thanks so much
