Our 2 story Villa offers a large living room/dining room combo with an open kitchen and breakfast bar downstairs along with a 1/2 bath and laundry room. We have 2 large bedrooms upstairs. The master has a king size bed and full bathroom. The guest bedroom is set up with two queens and a bathroom in the hallway. All beds are memory foam mattresses with cotton sheets and comforters. Walk out the back sliders to the pool and docks or sit on the second floor balcony and enjoy the pool and waterfront view. New high definition flat screen TV's in Living room (55”) and both bedrooms (39”). Wireless high speed internet throughout the villa with expanded channels on Xfinity. Kitchen is fully equipped for all cooking needs. Full size washer and dryer in laundry room. We take special pride in the cleanliness of our VRBO home!!! No expense is spared in keeping it immaculately clean, and fresh! Beautiful furniture, nice appliances & cold Air Conditioning! We have 4 beach cruiser bikes and 2 mountain bikes for your use. 2 kayaks and life jackets. We have 2 parking spots, one in front of the unit and the second a single car garage along with trailer parking for boat and tow vehicle. Gas grill on back patio Small dogs are welcome.
