The Neighborhood: St. Augustine is the nation’s most historic city with Lincolnville being home to the largest concentration of late Victorian era buildings in the city and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Being within walking district of St. Augustine’s tourism epicenter, Lincolnville is a 140-acre walkable neighborhood and also holds the distinction of being one of the most charming. Experience flavorful dining, art and culture with an abundance of entertainment right on your doorstep. This home is nearby the St. Augustine Distillery, St. Augustine Fish Camp, and San Sebastian Winery! Getting Around: Get around town in any different way: >With the great location, guests can walk to the many shops, top restaurants, art galleries and attractions making it easy to get around on foot. > Bring your bikes and see the town on wheels! Drifters is our top recommendation for daily bike rentals and will drop them off directly at the home. > The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and includes complimentary admission to the St. Augustine History Museum. Purchase your tickets online and hop right on! Other Things to Note: **Important** If booking for a wedding group or bachelor/bachelorette party please send message BEFORE confirming the reservation. Additional security deposit will be required. PET POLICY: We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year. -Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay) Interaction with Guests: We strive to make sure your time at the home is relaxing and enjoyable by providing fully private, uninterrupted experiences.
