This neighborhood is near the beach, offering access to the beautiful St. Augustine Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. The Anastasia State Park is nearby, providing nature trails, camping, and recreational opportunities. The area is also home to several restaurants, shops, and cafes, many of which are located along the nearby A1A Highway. For historical and cultural attractions, the city of St. Augustine—which is the oldest city in the United States—is just a short drive away (right about a mile), with its historic landmarks, such as Castillo de San Marcos and St. George Street. The area is laid-back and coastal, with easy access to both nature and history, making it a highly sought after vacation destination! -This property is dog friendly. A non-refundable pet fee of $180 will be charged. Please note that additional fees may apply if we find any damage, excessive pet hair, stains, or waste (inside or outside) upon checkout. - AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation. -No Smoking/Vaping Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will be assessed to cover the necessary cleaning and deodorization costs. - To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. - We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation. - We're excited to host you! Prior to your arrival, you will receive a digital Welcome Guide containing everything you need for a seamless stay. This guide will include all access codes, WIFI login and password details, and important information about the home.
