This 1898 Victorian home in the Uptown Historic district has it's unique and cozy apartment accessible from the outside near pool area by private staircase entrance. Consider this apartment your home away from home while you visit St. Augustine just 1 mile from Vilano beach. This cozy space features 2 bedrooms with a pleasant mix of sleeping arrangements - 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and 1 twin trundle bed. The bathroom comes equipped with a hair dryer and acessories. In the additional living room space, you'll find a comfy sofa bed perfect for lounging, watching TV, and enjoying the fireplace. The kitchen supplies a full size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster oven. Enjoy a screened in front porch for viewing sunset! Take a swim in our private pool (heated on request), relax in gazebo areas, and grill out! Walking distance to historic downtown, Fountain of Youth, the Old Jail, and great dining. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at your private apartment. Free parking available for 2 cars on property.

Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17
Children: Children must be supervised at all times
Events: Events allowed: family gatherings, birthday parties, weddings
Events: Must end by 10PM, clean up ,no glass in pool area
Pets: Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total)
Pets: Pet fee $50. Per pet per stay
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out instructions: Parking on grass in front of gazebo allows 4 cars but only two for upstairs guests. Please judge spacing accordingly. If having other visitors please inform of rules. Notify host in advance thank you
