This is one of four units in a beautiful duplex and includes two bedrooms and one bathroom. Enjoy the ease of onsite laundry and a coffee bar, and save on parking fees! You'll have everything you need for a truly special vacation! Our home is situated just steps away from the Historic Downtown St. Augustine, overlooking the Lightner Museum and the Flagler College Gymnasium. As this is one of four units in a beautiful duplex, please note that you will need to enter through a shared laundry room and coffee bar to access your private unit, which has been recently remodeled. Once inside, you'll find a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen in the second room, as well as a large living room and your own private balcony. Enjoy the convenience of onsite laundry and a coffee bar, and save on parking fees! With everything you need for a truly special vacation. All four units are rentals so feel free to reach out if you would like to book the entire house that sleeps 14 people! You will have full access to the Laundry room with a coffee bar, and your private Unit. You will be able to park on our lot during your entire stay to save on those parking fees! Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
