Recent renovations to our home include a new kitchen, two electric fireplaces and smart TV 's in the living room and bedrooms. The home also includes a screened porch and fenced backyard. New appliances including a washer and dryer. You will love this beautifully decorated home so close to all St Augustine has to offer! Other things to note Dog Friendly - $125 non refundable pet fee. Maximum 2 dogs unless approved by management. No Cats or other animals/pets. Additional rules Quiet Hours 10pm to 7am including weekends. No parties, gatherings or celebrations. Only registered guests permitted on property. Parking limited to 3 vehicles. Maximum of 2 Dogs (fees apply) & NO CATS or other animals. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
