Ideally situated between historic downtown and the white sand beaches you’ll find La Luna Vista. This is a home you’ll want to come back to year after year. Walk to many restaurants right here on the island or head over the bridge of lions (1.5 miles) into historic St. Augustine. Also within walking distance is the St. Augustine Alligator farm, the lighthouse, and the Amphitheater. Outside, the amenities are just incredible. The fully-fenced backyard features a large screened outdoor space, heated pool and spa with plenty of sun loungers. A shaded area with outdoor TV, bar, comfortable table and chairs, and gas grill. Inside, the open floor plan is perfect for family dinners, game nights or just watching a movie. The great room features an L-shaped, leather sofa and ottoman with plenty of seating for everyone. The dining area has a charming wooden table with seating for six including a wooden bench on one side. The spacious kitchen features a five-burner electric stove, and plenty of cookware for you to prepare your favorite recipes. There are three wonderful bedrooms. The master bedroom surrounds you in soothing blue to help you relax and unwind after a long day of exciting activities. The ensuite bath includes a walk-in shower with a bench. The other two bedrooms share a bath that features a tub/shower combo, soft but bright light, and storage space. One of the bedrooms features soft yellow hues on the walls and a distinctive nautical theme. The other bedroom features a bunk bed with a third trundle bed underneath. The closet features cubby-holes, hangers, and a long shelf above for plenty of storage space. Grab the binoculars thoughtfully provided by the owners and head out onto the front porch with your morning coffee or evening cocktail and enjoy some bird watching. This adorable home is right behind the St. Augustine Alligator Farm. Don’t let the name fool you. This incredible zoo features more than just alligators and crocodiles. From the porch, you’ll see a variety of beautiful birds flying in their aviary right in front of you. Roseate Spoonbills are a favorite. For a fun filled day, head downtown to the historic district where you’ll find the old City Gates and Castillo de San Marcos along with plenty of shops, restaurants, and historic buildings along St George Street, a pedestrian mall. Have a meal at Columbia where their 1905 Salad is the best salad in the area. Afterward, grab an ice cream cone or handmade chocolate at Kilwin’s. Head to the Plaza de Constitucion or the Marina for a breezy walk along the bayfront or a game of mini-golf. All areas of the house are available to guests except one locked room. Close to lots of restaurants, the Alligator Farm, and within walking distance to historic downtown. Plenty of parking in the driveway only. Within walking distance of many great restaurants, the Alligator Farm, the lighthouse, and the Amphitheatre which has a twice-weekly Farmer's Market. You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation. Our prices include all fees.
