Minimum age to rent: 21
Check out before 11:00 AM
Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17
Children: Plastic cups and booster/high chair provided
Events: No events allowed
Pets: Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total)
Pets: No puppies under 1. Please refer to Pet Policy
Smoking: Smoking allowed: in designated areas

No personal furniture allowed in
DOGS and CATS - $100 /pet - max 2

Clean the dryer lint filter after each load
Bring in hammocks, games, and any other items used outside-return to original spot before checkout
Stays longer than 2 weeks require an additional clean at $165
No feminine products or “flushable wipes” down the toilet.
