We are centrally located to downtown, the beach, the lighthouse, and restaurants. It all begins with a delightful path alongside a beautifully landscaped garden leading to a welcoming front porch. The house will provide a tranquil retreat whether after exploring the 450-year-old city of St Augustine or a day at the beach, providing families with a perfect balance of comfort, entertainment and style. The Local Area Beyond the comfort of our home, you'll find the local area brimming with history and charm. A short 5 block walk through the neighborhood’s unique character will lead you the foot of the Bridge of Lions where historic downtown St Augustine awaits on the other side. No USPS mail delivery allowed to this property in the name of any guest(s). No operating of a business of any kind is allowed on this property.

THE DINING ROOM FRENCH DOORS TO THE COURTYARD CLOSED AT ALL TIMES ESPECIALLY IN THE EVENING preventing flying insects and humidity from entering house

The house is in a great location, spotlessly clean and very private. We loved the 1 mile beautiful walk to the historic district which saved us in parking fees and navigating traffic. Home is very spacious and well equipped, and we had an absolutely wonderful time in St. Augustine.

This is a lovely home in a quiet, shaded neighborhood. We could walk to Downtown St. Augustine in 20 minutes, which was helpful during a busy holiday weekend. Tom was very friendly and communicative. The home was just as described, with fun touches and lots of great books about the area. Highly recommend!
