About this stay
Relax with the whole family at our peaceful 3 bedroom home. During your stay enjoy the convenience of Old Hickory Lake (just a walk away) or a 20 min drive to Downtown Nashville!!! The space… Make yourself at home by using the entire living space. We have everything you need to feel right at home. Feel free to cook yourself a meal in the kitchen stocked with all the basics & then some (uber eats if not) or get some R&R in our plush beds! Guest access… We have top of the line laundry machine on the second floor that you can use at your convenience for all your needs! Property also has ring security camera at front door as well as garage for the safety of our guests. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17
Events: Events allowed: family gatherings and birthday parties
Pets: Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit one pet total)
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Load and start the dishwasher
Check-out instructions: Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out instructions: It’s almost time to checkout. We hope you enjoyed everything about your stay! Prior to check-out please take the time to do the folllowing.
*close/lock all doors and windows
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If guest(s) are caught smoking inside there will be a min $200 fine. If you smoke outside you must clean up or there is extra cleaning fee of $30
Pet Rules
*Only one pet aloud per stay. No pets over 25lbs allowed without approval (There is a $150 fee for violation of pet rules without consent)

The kitchen set up was fantastic and everything we needed for the couple meals we ate at theVRBO.So appreciated the ability to do our laundry and be able to travel with fresh clean clothes.Jay was great to work with, always with a quick response to our questions.The location was perfect for our work conference and then for our site-seeing days.
