Staydium East - Relax in this newly restored 1920's home. Experience Nashville in the Historic District of Edgefield while also being able to walk to Nashville's trendiest locations that are less than a mile away! Walk to Nissan Stadium, Downtown, Five Points, concerts, etc...! **NOTE** While nashville grows like crazy, the property next door has been slotted for tear down and new construction. It is boarded up and ugly, but on the plus side, it's a nice, quiet neighbor! =D Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Very nice stay. clean and comfy. neighborhood was a pleasant surprise! just 2 blocks to a little cafe, another block further is a grocery store (just like a Trader Joe’s or Sprouts). for a good long walk, a nature preserve and walking path along the river is close enough too. we were delighted with our stay here.
