Situated in the Historic Nations neighborhood, this home pays homage to the various elements that make up the multi-faceted music industry in Nashville. This home was professionally designed to exclusively welcome guests to Nashville while giving the nod to our rich local music industry. A variety of fun bold paint & musical accents provide picture perfect backdrops for making your own Music City memories! Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17
Children: Parents are responsible for children at property
Events: No events allowed
Pets: Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total)
Pets: $35 per pet, per night. Collected week of stay.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
All guests must sign rental agreement. Each guest after 4 is an extra $56 per guest per night. All pets must be approved.
Cleaning fee of $175 per stay.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here at The Instrument. The home is beautiful and has a great layout. It was perfect for our girls trip. We loved all the bathrooms! They have pretty much everything you need, which made it really convenient. The area is also very nice and quiet with a cute little park across the street. Very close to DT Nashville and Broadway. Jeff was great to work with. Very nice and I appreciated all communication.
