Summary: The Hillwood Lavish is a stylish townhome, located 15 minutes from everything Nashville has to offer. The Space: Take a short Uber ride to Downtown Nashville or Music Row and explore the art and history of this gorgeous city! Check out the Country Music Hall of fame, indulge in delicious foods like the Nashville hot chicken or BBQ, or check out the numerous local breweries. The colorful and chic living room greets you with comfortable seating gathered around a Smart TV (Netflix, Disney +, ESPN, etc. capable - subscriptions not included). The retro kitchen offers a blender, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, electric stovetop, and more to make you feel right at home. Enjoy a hearty breakfast in the comfort of your own home before hitting the town. Both bedrooms are on the 1st floor and share a Jack n Jill style bathroom. Each bedroom features colorful blue walls and stylish gold tones. The main bedroom holds a King bed and Smart TV and the 2nd bedroom has a King bed. Both bedrooms have their own balcony. There are 2 parking spots provided. Unfortunately, the fireplace does not function. Please note: If you are bringing a pet, please note that the pet fee is not included in the total price.
