Summary: Hillwood Hideaway is a charming townhome just 15 minutes from Downtown Nashville and Music Row. Take a short Uber ride into town and explore the numerous local restaurants, breweries, museums, cafes, and more! The Space: The living room greets you with comfortable seating gathered around a Smart TV (Netflix, Disney +, ESPN, etc.). Right outside the French doors from the living room takes you to the balcony with patio seating. Dine and wine out here on sunny days! The kitchen is equipped for homemade meals from a Keurig coffee maker, blender, electric stovetop, to a toaster! If you don't feel like cooking at home, we recommend checking out the local restaurants in Nashville! Indulge in classic Nashville hot chicken sandwiches at Hattie B's or try the famous dry rub ribs at Peg Leg Porker. The master bedroom has a King bed, balcony access, and an en suite bathroom. The remaining 2 bedrooms have a Full bed. The 2nd full bathroom has dual sinks and a shower/tub combo. There is a washer and dryer available for your use. There are 2 assigned spots provided. The lot is shared with several commercial businesses. Please note: If you are bringing a pet, please note that the pet fee is not included in the total price. An additional flat fee of $150 applies, and a maximum of 2 pets are allowed in the unit. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
