About this stay

3 bedroom family home conveniently located in West Nashville. 15 min to downtown & 15 min to Franklin. Just a few minutes to St.Thomas Hospital and Vanderbilt Clinic. Walk to Percy Warner Park hiking & bike trails. 2.5 mi to Percy Warner Golf Course. Uber downtown usually less than $15 - 20. Great for families with children. Large backyard & patio. 3 minutes to Cheekwood and St.Georges Episcopal Church. Please let me know if you have any questions about the location or nearby amenities. Thank you! Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
