Terrible
Upon arrival, we were told there was no hot water. I asked if there would be a refund and she said yes, we could get it through Vrbo. Upon settling in at our new hotel for the evening, I proceeded to initiate refund procedures through Vrbo. Unable to do it through the app, I had to initiate chat with customer service. That was three days ago now, I was told that I would receive follow up through email, and have not heard anything since.
Terrible
Terrible. Mold in bathroom. Dirty sheets. Scary people in the parking lot. Tried to cancel my second night and the manager never responded. Gross !
