Good Neighbor Policy – Our home is in a new community that includes short and long-term guests and year-round residents. All guests and owners are subject to conform to the local regulations regarding excessive noise. 4. True Reservations Only – Reservations obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of any advance payment or deposit and the party will not be permitted. 5. Maximum Occupancy – This property is licensed and insured for a maximum of 10 people. If you bring more humans, children included, than agreed upon in your reservation – you may be asked to leave without a refund. 6. Smoking – This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $250, there will be an increased cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages 7.
