No glass allowed near the pool. There is no pool around the fence. We have landscapers and pool cleaners who will be at the house from time to time. They make their own schedule and may arrive during your visit. They will be outside only. Absolutely no parties allowed at this property. The property is monitored by outside cameras and an inside noise monitoring system. It only alerts us when the noise level is too loud. We cannot hear what the noise is. You will have the entire home to yourself. If you end up cancelling within the refund timeline, you will receive your money back based on our cancellation policy minus the payment processing fee (8%). This home is in the heart of the Nations neighborhood in West Nashville. Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds. Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit. No loud noise at nighttime. This is a family-oriented residential area, please respect the neighbors. NO Smoking of any kind NO Parties NO Confetti or taping things to the wall NO glass allowed near the pool and no eating in the pool If you want to use the heat for the pool, there's an additional $500 fee.
