Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
You will be charged a $300 fee if cigarette or marijuana odor is left behind inside the home. Smoking of any sort is only allowed outside the home.
1. Turn off all lights, AC, Heater, and TV's when leaving the unit
2. Please don't use white towels to remove makeup
3. Remove all trash from the unit
1. Stiped all used beds and place sheets and pillow cases in a pile on the floor
2. Remove all personal item and food
