Be one block to the beach and two blocks to Abbot Kinney Blvd! Enjoy a cute cottage for 1 to 4 people which comes with 2 bikes so you don't have to drive. All hotspots of Venice are at walking distance: boardwalk, canals, Main St... It's easy and free to park on the street. Santa Monica Pier is a short drive away. All surfaces are professionally cleaned and disinfected. Charming beach house, clean and perfectly furnished. There is only one floor, so it's easy to access. There are a few steps to reach the entrance from the street. The unit is 600 square feet and has a laminate flooring. It has one bedroom with a queen-size bed which sleeps two people comfortably. In the living room, a sofa pulls out to convert to a queen-sized bed. The kitchen separates the living room and the bedroom, there is a separation door between the kitchen and the bedroom. One bathroom with a shower and a tub, shampoo, shower gel and a hairdryer are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped (four burners stove, oven, refrigerator, toaster, coffee pot, kettle, microwave, crockery and cutlery for four people, cooking utensils). In the bedroom closet, you will find an iron, an ironing board and two space heaters. A drying rack and bike pump are available in the den's closet. The den (little room in the back of the house) has a desk and chair. Beach towels are provided. If you have a car, you can park it on the street 7pm-8am and 10am-3pm (do not overstay or you will be towed) or in the paid lot at the end of Breeze Ct on the beach ($10/day). You can also park for free on the small streets between Pacific Ave and Abbot Kinney Blvd. The check-in procedure is automated so you don't have to worry about late arrivals or having to wait for us at the property. Just let us know your time of arrival and departure prior (check-in starts at 3pm and check-out is at 11am). We accommodate early check-ins at 1:30pm and late check-outs at 12:30pm for a fee of $50 each. You will pay us the extra fee directly after booking. We charge $10 per pet per night. Please let us know how many pets you're bringing. The pet fee is included in the price if you're adding your pets when booking. According to Vrbo guidelines, a camera on the porch films everyone's comings and goings. There is no AC outside of summer (November-May). We install an AC unit in the living room window when needed (June-October), which is quite unusual for Venice. Indeed, there is always a nice breeze as we are so close to the ocean. We also provide two portable fans. Please, turn off the AC and fans when you step out. Thanks!
