About this stay
Escape from the hustle and bustle in this artist retreat. Close to everything Hollywood, but without the drama. 10-minute drive to Universal Studios, Disney Studios and Warner Brothers Studio and 20 minutes from Magic Mountain. Close freeway access to Hollywood and Downtown LA. Bus lines right around the corner and the Metro bus line and underground minutes away. Trendy places to shop and eat right down the street. Just a few minutes' drive to Ventura Blvd or hipster Lankershim Blvd. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Check out before 11:00 AM
Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17
Children: Children allowed over the age of 6.
Events: No events allowed
Pets: Pets allowed: less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total)
Pets: Koi pond in backyard, animal must not disturb.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Check-out instructions: Return parking permits
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking, vaping or burning of incense of any kind in the house.
No tampering or disabling the RING system.
Only the registered guests are allowed on property. No outside visitors.
