It is not allowed to park in front of the house 10 pm to 6 am. You should park on 74th Street after 10:00 pm- the intersection right next to the house. You can also park in the garage behind the house by accessing the alley from 74th St. There is 1 garage with 2 parking spots. -*Please also note that our house neighborhood is best described as up-and-coming in a diverse urban setting. The house is safe and secure ( under camera surveillance 24/7) and it is good if you are comfortable with urban living. If you are not comfortable living in a diverse neighborhood, this house may not be for you. - Please note that we no longer refill the propane tank due to our housekeeper no longer doing this. You can take the empty tank and go to Home Depot very close to the house and have it refilled. Note they will charge more if you don't have an empty tank. Please remember this is a home and not a hotel. We ask that you treat the space with care. If any problem arises, we will do our best to take action ASAP. PLEASE NOTE: - We have exterior cameras at the property for security and insurance purposes. - Indoor fireplace is not available for use. For any stay longer than 30 days, there is a utilities cap of $500. The cap applies to water, electricity, and gas. Trash, Wi-Fi, lawn care, and pool service are included. If your usage exceeds the utilities cap, you will be responsible for the excess. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
