Other Things to Note: This apartment is located in a residential building, and the pool and laundry room are shared with other tenants. The pool area is communal and may not always be private. The laundry room requires quarters for use. While the apartment itself is on the first floor, please note that there is a flight of approximately 10 stairs to access the building entrance. For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed at the property, monitoring entryways and common areas only. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs without prior approval will incur a $100 fee per additional hour. We kindly ask all guests to complete a short check-in form before arrival.
