No RV or trailer parking permitted. • Heat, A/C, and access to the lower level washer & dryer • Gas grill – connected to the mainline so no worry about propane running out Neighborhood & additional information: The cabin is in the premier community of Chalet Village, Gatlinburg, Tennessee and our property is adjacent to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The views from cabin of the Great Smoky Mountains are breathtaking and we are only 2.5 miles from downtown Gatlinburg and the entrance to the Smoky Mountains National Park! Our close proximity to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park means there is lots of wildlife in our area - black bears, deer, wild turkeys, raccoons, coyotes, fox, and more! Black bears visit the cabin often in Spring, Summer and Fall. You may get lucky and catch a glimpse of one of these residents while enjoying the view from the deck. We also contract regular monthly pest services which treat for all pests from multiple types of bugs, mice, etc. Despite our regular treatments, given the proximity of the cabin to the park, it is possible these pests can temporarily enter the cabin.
