Check out before 11:00 AM
Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17
Events: Events allowed: family gatherings, birthday parties, weddings
Pets: Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 4 pets total)
Pets: Message me if larger. No puppies or kittens
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Load and start the dishwasher
Check-out instructions: Gather used towels
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out instructions: Put all dirty towels in the bathroom floor
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If any guests goes in a locked door that they do not have a key or code for will be charged $500
