About this stay

Come spend you vacation at Southern Hospitality, where there is something for everyone. Fur babies are welcome! Just a few of many things you can do is relax on the large deck and watch the bears pass by or maybe let the kids do some swimming in the indoor pool, or watch a movie with the family in the theater room. There is something for everyone at Southern Hospitality!! MORE PICTURES COMING!! We also just added a fence in backyard Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Check out before 11:00 AM
Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17
Events: No events allowed
Pets: Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 4 pets total)
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Load and start the dishwasher
Check-out instructions: Gather used towels
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out instructions: Putting all dirty towels in the bathroom floor
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No breaking into locked doors. You will be charged $500 fee for breaking into locked doors
No putting bubbles in hot tub or pool or you will be charged $500 fee
