The main floor features a generous living room with two queen sofa beds, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for groups. A formal dining room seats up to 10 guests, and the retro 1940s-style kitchen is equipped for preparing group meals with vintage flair. Two cozy bedrooms on this level share a full bathroom. Head upstairs to the second floor, where you’ll find three inviting bedrooms, each with a queen bed for restful sleep. The primary bedroom includes a small adjoining room with a full bed. An additional full bath is located off the hallway. A central sitting area with another queen pull-out sofa adds extra sleeping space and a spot to relax between outings. **The third floor is a private residence and only shares the stairways.
