Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head. This recently updated Palmetto Dunes villa places you only minutes away from the beautiful sandy beaches of Hilton Head. Come in and relax on the comfy sectional. The living room is warm and inviting, with a pullout sofa bed. This villa has an open living room, dining room, and kitchen, which makes it perfect to entertain. The dining table seats 6. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed along with a flat-screen TV and has direct access to the outdoor patio. This room is complete with an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Adjacent to this bedroom sits the second bedroom, consisting of a queen bed and flat-screen TV. This lovely villa has a private patio and is only a few minutes walk to the white, sandy beaches. This villa also has an outside shower to rinse off once you come back from the beach 767 Queens Grant will be part of a scheduled exterior maintenance and painting project taking place from October 13, 2025, through March 31, 2026. Work will occur Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with no noisy work before 8:00 AM. Guests may notice some daytime activity or mild construction noise during this period as the property receives these seasonal updates.
