Welcome to 22 Beach Arbor Villas, a 2 bedroom 3 bathroom dog friendly (with a small fee) townhouse in the popular South Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island. Park your car for the weekend and easily walk to anything you need! The townhouse is a short walk to the beach, Celebration Park, Coligny Plaza, The Bank Beer Garden, Sea Pines and more. The townhouse comfortably sleeps 6 making it great for family and friends (plus your dog!) looking to get away to the beach for all occasions. Both bedrooms have been updated with newer mattresses and beds. The well equipped kitchen provides you all the comforts of home. Don't worry about laundry - a washer and dryer set is available in the unit for your convenience. The complex also has a family friendly private pool located just down the path from the front door. Parking is conveniently located just steps from the front door of the unit. Please note the following: - We allow ONE dog at a time in the unit. If you would like to bring more than one dog, please reach out before booking to discuss - There is a $125 additional fee for bringing your dog with you. Dogs MUST be disclosed in your reservation during the booking process - Failure to disclose that you're traveling with a dog may result in a $200 fee - Please, no dogs on the furniture.
