2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Villa, (Sleeps 6) Our Villa is at the front of the Beachwalk neighborhood (#107), which has the best and quickest beach access of any condo complexes in the Shipyard community. It’s only a short (5 minute) tree-shaded walk along the beach path to the Shipyard Beach Club and to the Atlantic Ocean. It is across the street from the Sonesta Beach Resort, the Van der Meer Tennis Center, and 27 holes of championship golf. It’s just a short walk to the Beachwalk community pool. Shipyard has two gated entrances providing quick access to everything on the island. Your booking includes a Shipyard Gate pass. An additional pass is available for a $25 fee, just ask at your time of booking. This one level, first floor open concept living/dining area is perfect for gathering and relaxing. Dine inside or out on the elevated deck overlooking the lagoon and glimpses of the golf course. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV. The second full bathroom is off of the hallway. Plus, your pup is welcome to join you! *$30/per day, non-refundable pet deposit.
