Pets: Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total)

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted

Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Check-out instructions: Load and start the dishwasher

Check-out instructions: Gather used towels

Check-out instructions: Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks

Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Check-out instructions: Please start the dishwasher 3 hours prior to checking out so it can run a full cycle before the housekeepers get there at 10:00.

Check-out instructions: Please log out of all streaming se4rvices like Netflix on both TV's, leave the remotes near the TV's and put both TV's back on the Spectrum home screen.

Check-out instructions: 1 - Make sure to leave the beach closet key hanging by the front door for the next traveler.

2 - If you used the sleeper sofa, please leave it open so the housekeepers know to inspect it.

Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No pets allowed on furniture. If you leave your pets in the villa while out please make sure they are quiet. Barking etc., will not be tolerated.

If pets leave excessive pet hair that requires the housekeeprs to work extra, that cost may be passed along to you. Please be mindful of hair.
