New to the rental market, this beautiful home has fresh paint, new appliances, and new furniture to enjoy. This home is the perfect getaway for the family with lots of privacy and space for everyone! With one of the best locations on the Island in South Forest Beach, you will enjoy the private pool area with outdoor eating and plenty of seating to enjoy the weather on the Island and a good size yard for recreation. Come home from a gorgeous day at the beach and drop all the beach gear and chairs on a large concrete area where there is also an outdoor shower for your convenience. As you enter the home, you are met with a large foyer that leads you into a spacious, fully- equipped kitchen for preparing large meals and the living room directly off the kitchen with plenty of seating for everyone and a large TV to enjoy. There’s also a dining room off the living room with seating for six, and a counter height table off the kitchen with additional seating for meals. The first floor has two bedrooms that share a bathroom (wheelchair accessible). The private, very large master suite is upstairs. For the ultimate privacy, there is a detached pool house with a queen bed and full bathroom. Don’t hesitate to book this gem of a beach house! It’s filling up quickly!
