Please note this property does not have a neighborhood pool. Pool access is through the newly remodeled South Beach Pool, located 3 miles from the villa by the marina. This villa is pet friendly, allowing two pets to join you on vacation. Please list your pets in the guest list when booking, so that our pet fee will be added to your quote. Thank you!
