Newly Renovated Gorgeous Beach Condo w/ Pool & Coligny Beach Shopping and Dining!! Golfers Welcome!!! Ask about monthly “Snow Bird” rates in the winter for long/ extended stays. Seascape 3084 is a Newly Remodeled condo with just a short 5min walk to the beach, the pool is right outside the back door. Coligny shopping, dining and the new \ is only a10min walk away. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Check out before 11:00 AM
Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17
Events: No events allowed
Pets: Pets allowed: dogs (limit 1 total)
Pets: TBD emotional support/ service animals welcome
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Load and start the dishwasher
Check-out instructions: Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets my only be taken if they are an "Emotional Support or Service Animal".

Great location, near the pool and a short walk or bike ride to the beach. The condo was clean and comfortable! The owner was fast to respond when I had questions. We would stay here again!
