This newly updated condo near the beach will bring you a very relaxing vacation. With a quick walk to the beach, plenty of bike and running paths, this condo is sure to meet all your vacation desires. 8-to-10-minute short walk to both Coligny Beach or the shops and dining in Coligny Plaza. BEACH BOARDWALK ENTRANCE IS A 4 MINUTE WALK TO SEA SIDE VILLA. Bring your furry friend on vacation with you. (1) animal allowed. We are located at 25 Deallyon Ave. Island House #110 on the 2nd floor. All guest must be registered at time of booking!! See Rules. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Events: No events allowed
Pets: Pets allowed: limit 1 total
Pets: Failure to register pet at time of booking $250
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Load and start the dishwasher
Check-out instructions: Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out instructions: Please remove all sheets from the beds and put in a pile on the floor. Please fold comforters and put back on the beds.
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Bringing more than one pet on property is a violation of HOA rules and will result in loss of $250 security deposit and guests may be asked to leave
Damage to or theft of property will result in loss of $250.00 security deposit.

Excellent
The condo was beautiful and very clean. The kids room was a perfect for our grandsons. Jodi was great to work with. It’s a small complex , so the pool was never busy and we always had parking spots.

The property was the perfect property for our family vacation, grandparents to grandchildren. The short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants was manageable for our aging parents. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend this property.
